What a COMFORTABLE stay, no complains at all. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a kitchen and a writing table in the room. Large bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice and welcoming, providing swift check-in and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room, albeit small, was clean, cozy, and had a nice balcony which was a fun addition. The hotel's location was very convenient, with both the metro and rail stations nearby, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine in the room. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed for earlier checkin. Very nice breakfast provided in a nearby restaurant, which is opened around the clock.

The rooms are reasonably large and huge with balcony and ironing board and washing machine. Its location is favourable, short walk to convenience stores / restaurants as well as Shinjuku or the emperial palace or Shinjuku Gyouen, lovely area.

the location was superb. It was conveniently located just a short walk from Yotsuya Station, making it easy to explore all of Tokyo's main attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They even went the extra mile to fix an issue with my safe promptly. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities such as a washing machine, which was really convenient. I also enjoyed the nice view from my room's balcony. it was great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, which made exploring Tokyo a breeze. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The room itself was well-equipped with a kitchenette, laundry machine, desk, balcony, and sofa area.

The breakfast served at the next door restaurant was not up to par.

During my stay at Tokyu Stay, I was impressed by the convenient location near the JR station and 24-hour food options. Having a microwave and washing machine/dryer in my room was a great convenience. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and other traveler essentials on the 3rd floor. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I loved the convenient location. It was easy to access Shinjuku and other main parts of the city, but the neighborhood itself was more quiet. Additionally, the rooms were clean and modern, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine in the room. It was so convenient to have these amenities available during my stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like about this hotel. the staff on my second night were not as friendly or accommodating as the staff on my first night.

Hotel as a whole is extremely convenient and well-equipped, I really enjoyed it.

It has new-fashioned huge rooms, that come with balcony, 3 single beds and nice view. Really friendly people are working.
